The Management of Adisadel College gives the following school prospectus to SHS 1 students for the 2023 academic year.

As you may be aware, Adisadel College is Boys Boarding School.

Although there is free SHS in Ghana, the parent still needs to buy these items below and present them for admission.

For this reason, Educareguide updates you on the prospectus of Adisco whenever there is a change.

Importantly, please remember that the government will not provide the items listed in this prospectus.

Thus, there is the need for parents and or guardians to buy them yourselves.

Factually speaking, your ward will use these items at the school.

Before we look at the list of items in detail, parents must take note of the following important information.

 

Important Notice To Students And Parents

First, every student should bring National Health Insurance Card regarding Adisadel College Prospectus Details

Second, the college will not admit students who do not bring these items for inspection during admission.

Third, All new students must be medically fit because they will participate in all Physical Education (P.E.) exercises in the Schoolwork.

In addition to that, the college will conduct a Medical Examination for all students before admission.

 

Unacceptable Items -SHS Admission 2023

Students should not bring the following items to the school. In order words, The college regards these items as unprescribed things for use in the school.

Therefore, do not bring the following things to the school:

• Sound System and Electrical Appliances.
• Cell (Mobile) Phone, iPod, Discman players, Mp3s, Water Heater, Rice Cooker, Rechargeable Lamp, Video and Television Set, Laptop, and other related items.
• The school does not entertain any case of SPECIAL DIET.
• The school advises parents not to give excessive money to their wards as pocket money. The maximum amount should be GHC 50.

 

Prospectus For Boarding School Students At Adisadel College

As a matter of fact, first-year boarders entering into  Adisadel College 2023 academic year must present the following items for inspection during admission:

• 2 House dresses*
• 1 cloth, (school cloth)*
• 1 P.E  kit*
• NHIS Card(Renewed/New)
• 2 White Shirt (Sunday wear) style attached
• 2 Pair of trousers
• 1 prep wear
• 1 Bible
• 1 Hymn Book
• 1 trunk
• 3 Hangers
• 1 Chip box(wooden medium size)
• Handkerchiefs, Boxer shots (dozen), tollet roll, 2 towels,1 sponge, 1 soap dish, 1 pale, toothpaste & brush
• 1 Students Foam mattress and one pillow(covered with Mackintosh)
• 2 White bed sheets & 2 pillow slips
• 1 Mosquito net (insecticide-treated)
• 1 Blanket
• 1 Sleeping cloth
• 1 Raincoat/umbrella
• 1 Electric iron
• 1 Cardigan (cream colour)
• Housecoat & 2 nightgowns
• 1 Pair of Canvas Shoes and Socks for P.E
• 1 Pair of black sandals for  school (low heel, noiseless without any shiny material)
• 1 Pair of black shoes for church service
• 1 Pair of bathroom slippers
• 2 Cups and 2 non-breakable plates(1 deep and 1 flat plate) 1 water bottle (750 ml) and  1 cereal  bowl (non-breakable), Table napkin, 1 set of cutlery
• 1 Plastic  Bucket
• 1 Scrubbing brush,1 moo,1 ceiling  brush, 1 big  Washing powder, 1 big para zone,1 big detail, 1Duster (floor cloth),1 cup of powder bleach(Akasha), cloth pegs, 1 flashlight(non-rechargeable) 1 sewing kit(needles,pins,threads)
• 1 Mathematical set
• 1 Scientific calculator -(Non-Programmable)
• 1 Schoolbag
• 1 Long broom,1 shirt broom
• 1 Crocodile machete (large size new cutlass
